Please note I am away from the studio until 7th January, during this time please allow up to 24 hours for a response Mon-Thurs. Support is not provided on 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st Dec and 1st, 2nd January.

The form below will gather everything I need to know in order to quickly pinpoint the issue.

As your maintenance has expired, a diagnostics fee of £90 will apply. If further work needs to be done to resolve the issue, a quote will be provided.

This form is step one of a two step process, please ensure you complete both steps – your support will only begin once I have received both parts.
