All Content included on the Website, unless uploaded by Users, is the property of Becky Lord, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. You may not transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these terms and conditions where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
These terms and conditions may be varied by us from time to time. Such revised terms will apply to the Website from the date of publication. Users should check the terms and conditions regularly to ensure familiarity with the then current version.
The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these terms and conditions and no third party will have any right to enforce or rely on any provision of these terms and conditions.
If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these terms and conditions (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision will, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these terms and conditions will not be affected.
Unless otherwise agreed, no delay, act or omission by a party in exercising any right or remedy will be deemed a waiver of that, or any other, right or remedy.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales and all disputes arising under the Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

1. Course Deliverables
The B-Hive is an online course which will require you to have access to the internet and being tech savvy will be of an advantage but not essential.
The course is delivered over six weeks, with a new module being delivered weekly.
At the end of the six weeks you will have lifetime access to all modules and any complimentary resources unless you breach the terms below.
The course itself will be delivered to you via your own B-Hive portal. It will be provided via a mixture of videos, PDFs, questionnaires and online software.
The resources provided will be delivered via a mixture of PDFs, links and other documents.
2. Lifetime Access
Lifetime access is provided for as long as the Becky Lord Design brand/website in it’s current state is a running business.
3. Payments & Refunds
To secure your place on The B-Hive, payment is taken at the time of signing up via PayPal or Stripe.
If you choose to make 1 x single payment, the full amount will be debited from your account when signing up.
If you choose to make payments via the instalment options, your first instalment payment will fall due when signing up with the remaining payments being taken automatically on the following consecutive months, usually around the same date you made your first payment.
A full refund for all payments you have made will be offered should you change your mind at any time prior to The B-Hive starting on 10th May 2021.
Refunds after The B-Hive has begun will be dependant on the module the course is at:
Cancellation after receiving Module One: A refund of £825 will be provided
Cancellation after receiving Module Two: A refund of £660 will be provided
Cancellation after receiving Module Three: A refund of £475 will be provided
Cancellation after receiving Module Four: A refund of £310 will be provided
Cancellation after receiving Module Five: A refund of £145 will be provided
Cancellation after receiving Module Six: Not eligble for a refund
Should you opt for a refund your access to The B-Hive will be cancelled with immediate effect.

4. My Duties & Confidentiality
I will always do my best to fulfil your needs and meet your expectations, but it’s important you know I do not guarantee any particular results from The B-Hive or 1:1 Sessions.
I’ll carry out work in accordance with good industry practice and at the standard expected from a suitably qualified person with relevant experience. That said, I can’t guarantee that my work will be error-free and so I can’t be liable to you or any third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages, even if you’ve advised me of them.
You understand that despite my many years watching Ally McBeal in the 90’s, I’m not a legal professional and despite any information, resources or recommendations provided in this regard I always recommend you seek professional legal support for your business.
You understand that the mentoring services you will be receiving from me are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions. You also understand that I am not acting as a mental health counsellor or a medical professional.
You also understand that mentoring is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and you will not use it in place of any form of therapy.
I will consider any information you provide with me as confidential unless you state otherwise in writing.
5. Your Duties
You are entirely responsible for deciding on how you choose to implement the information from the course and/or our 1:1 session(s).
I wish I didn’t have to put this in here but, so you know I do not tolerate at any time and under no circumstances whatsoever disrespectful, rude, abusive, violent, destructive, menacing, or harassing behaviour and/or communication from you or any party acting on behalf of you.
Any behaviour that is deemed to be in this manner will result in your access to The B-Hive and the course content cancelled with immediate effect.
6. Your Welcome Pack
Your welcome pack is a complimentary gift and is available to UK members only.
I will post your welcome gift the week The B-Hive commences and only upon receipt of your full payment. You will receive a dispatch email as confirmation. After posting, I can’t control the time it takes to get to you.
It is your responsibility to advise me should your welcome gift have not arrived within 14 working days of receiving your dispatch email. Should your welcome pack not arrive a second pack will not be sent.
If you’re based outside of the UK but would still like to receive your welcome gift, I will be happy to provide a shipping quote. You understand that due to the contents of the gift, I can’t guarantee all items can be delivered to your country. You will also be responsible for paying any import duties or taxes.
7. 1:1 Sessions
1:1 Sessions are an addition to the course and are charged at £200 per session. You are under no obligation to add-on 1:1 sessions but if you do, here’s how things will go:
You’ll be asked to complete a pre-session questionnaire no later than 48 hours before our session.
I require 24 hours notice, excluding weekends, should you need to cancel your 1:1 sessions. Sessions cancelled with less notice will be non-refundable.
1:1 sessions will be delivered via zoom and/or telephone.
1:1 session booking fees are non-refundable.
For Waitlist subscribers, your complimentary 1:1 session must be booked no later than 3 months after the start of The B-Hive.
8. Communication & Holidays
Unless a 1:1 Session, I kindly ask all communication is delivered via email.
I aim to reply to your emails within 48 hours, but it may be a little longer during peak times.
You understand there will be times I am away from the studio, in which case you’ll receive my Out of Office auto-reply with further information on.
9. Technical Support
Should you be unable to access your Hive and/or have issues working through the modules or accessing certain content, you’ll be able to submit a support ticket and I’ll look into this for you within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
If the issue lies due to user error, your hardware, systems, software or settings thereof, I may be able provide assistance to you to help you resolve the issue but I cannot guarantee that any assistance provided will resolve your issue.
You accept that periods of downtime may be required on The B-Hive and/or the Becky Lord Design website and you understand that technical assistance may not be available during such periods of downtime. Where possible, I will provide you with advanced notice.
You accept that you will not have a claim for breach of contract or otherwise in respect of such period of unavailability.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
“Intellectual property rights” means all patents, rights to inventions, copyright (including rights in software) and related rights, trademarks, service marks, get up and trade names, internet domain names, rights to goodwill or to sue for passing off, rights in designs, database rights, rights in confidential information (including know-how) and any other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications (or rights to apply) for, and renewals or extensions of, such rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection which subsist or shall subsist now or in the future in any part of the world.
I own all intellectual property in The B-Hive and the course materials.
You may not share, reproduce, edit, redesign, modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, recompile or reverse engineer any part of The B-Hive and/or the course materials or create derivative works based on the whole of or any part, or which incorporate, the B-Hive.
You may not share your B-Hive access information with anybody else.
Access to The B-Hive and use of the course materials/resources not expressly permitted in these terms is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of Becky Lord Designs’s copyright or intellectual property rights.
Should you be in breach of any of the above, your access to The B-Hive will be revoked immediately and legal action will be taken.
I love to show off my work, so I reserve the right to display all aspects of my creative work online, in print, social media and in books.
11. Force Majure
I shall not be in breach of this agreement, nor liable for any failure or delay in performance of any obligations under this agreement arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond its reasonable control, including strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes (whether involving the workforce of the Company or any other party), failure of a utility service or transport network, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm or default of suppliers or sub-contractors.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non- contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
I reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
I reserve the right to close The B-Hive and/or the course materials at any time without prior notice.

returns & refunds
I know you’re going to love your Limited Edition print. However, if you’re not entirely happy with your print or the item has been damaged, please contact me to arrange a return: email@example.com
Due to all prints being limited, you must return your print(s) within 10 working days after receiving your item and after arranging to return the print with me. The item must be returned in a saleable condition in order to be legible for a refund.
I am unable to refund any prints that have been lost, damaged or stolen in transit. I recommend returning your products via signed for/special delivery. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect/faulty
Once the refund has been approved, payment will be issued within seven working days.

All print items are digitally printed. I have chosen to print on to a card stock that, by nature, has a natural texutred finish with flecks. This means your print won’t be a solid colour.
Prints are supplied without frames.
